The JASON Project Merchandise Return Policy:

The JASON Project is happy to issue a refund or credit for any items with which you are not satisfied. Please follow the procedures below to return JASON merchandise:

  • All items must be returned to The JASON Project within 30 days of delivery and in good condition.
  • The JASON Project will not accept any items that have been opened.
  • All items must be shipped, along with the packing slip, to: Allied Vaughn Attn: JASON Returns - Adrienne Weller 1310 W. Thorndale Itasca, IL 60143
  • The customer is responsible for return postage. A JASON Representative will call to verify receipt of the returned merchandise and make arrangements for the refund or credit.
  • Please allow up to 15 business days for processing a credit card refund and up to 30 days for a refund by check.


Replacement of Damaged/Irregular Merchandise:

Damaged or irregular merchandise will be replaced with the exact same products providing the following conditions are met:

  • All damaged/irregular merchandise must be reported no later than three weeks from delivery date.
  • All damaged/irregular merchandise must be shipped to: Allied Vaughn Attn: JASON Returns - Adrienne Weller 1310 W. Thorndale Itasca, IL 60143
  • Once damaged or irregular merchandise is received, replacement(s) will be sent.
  • Refunds will not be given for damaged or irregular merchandise.


Clearance Items:

All sales on merchandise marked Clearance are final with no refunds, returns or replacements for such items.
